Your satisfaction is very important to us! If your PetFace Pajamas product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, we will correct the error at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. For orders placed between November 1st and December 15th customers can contact us up to January 5th to begin the return process. Incorrect products are defined as:
- Broken or damaged upon delivery
- Customization choices on the order are incorrect (e.g. the wrong background design was applied)
- The wrong size was delivered compared to what was ordered
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are not available unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
